Regular Nightly Rates

A- Frames: $90.00 per night
Single Story: $115.00 per night
Bunk Room: $110.00 per night
Couples Cabin: $80.00 per night

 - Based on 2 persons occupancy, age 7 and under stay free
 - $5.00 for each additional person

Holiday Rates: $25.00 extra per
  night for the following: 
 - Memorial Weekend (Fri/Sat nights)
 - 4th of July (nights of the 3rd and 4th)
 - Chili Cook Off (Thurs/ Fri/Sat.)
 - Labor Day Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
 - Thanksgiving Weekend (Thurs/Fri/Sat nights)
 - Christmas /New Years (2 weeks)

Weekends: Minimum 2 nights stay
Holidays: Minimum 3 nights stay

Maximum 6 people per cabin!!
No maid service during stay.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your cabin reservation seven (7) calendar days prior to your arrival date at no charge. Cancellations or changes made six (6) days prior to your arrival date are charged one full day. Cancellations or changes made less than six (6) days are charged 100% of the quoted rate for the full duration of your stay.

Pet Policy

Refundable $75.00 deposit required (refunded if room is clean and free of any pet hair, damage etc.)
Pets are charged at an additional $10.00 per pet per night.

Cleaning Fee

$25.00 fee will be assessed if the following are not done prior to check out:
Cabins are to be cleaned, floors swept and appliances wiped down.  All dishes, pots/pans, utensils etc. washed, dried and put away.

Payment

Cash, Checks and major Credit Cards are accepted.  However, a Credit Card number is required for all reservations and any additional charges that might be incurred.
